His Excellency Mr. Moustadran Abdo, the President of the Comorian Parliament , his deputies and the representatives of the Ministry of Youth welcomed His Excellency Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al – Jarwan , the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, who has arrived in the international airport of the capital Moroni, leading a high- level delegation of the Council which includes more than forty parliamentarians, governmental, cultural and academic personalities, in an official visit to the Comoros which lasts several days.

This visit is part of holding the eighth session of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace and the International Youth Forum on Peace and Security in the Comoros, organized by the Comorian Government in partnership with the Parliament Comorian and in cooperation with the youth associations, under the auspices of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace.

The International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace will hold its eighth session at the headquarters of the Comorian Parliament on January 24, and the International Youth Forum will also be held on the 25th and 26th of the same month at the headquarters of Parliament, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. President Othman Ghazali, the President of the Republic of the Comoros, His Excellency the President of the Comorian Parliament and the delegations from more than 30 countries. In a declaration to the media, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Muhammad Al – Jarwan , the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, affirmed that he is in his second country and among his family in the mission to promote security and peace in the Comoros, confirming his aspiration to more cooperation and joint work with the Comoros to achieve the objectives of tolerance, peace, development and support for the youth in the region and the world.
