    • Appointed: Mr. Willem Abraham Stephanus Aucamp. This appointment was made in accordance with Section 91(3)(b) of the Constitution, which grants the President the power to appoint Ministers.

    • Removed: Dr. Dion George was removed from this portfolio in accordance with Section 91(2) of the Constitution.

  • Deputy Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition (DTIC):

Appointed: Ms. Alexandra Lilian Amelia Abrahams. This appointment was made in accordance with Section 93(1)(a) of the Constitution, which deals with the appointment of Deputy Ministers.
