Deputy President Paul Mashatile will on Friday, 24 March 2023, honour an invitation to deliver a keynote address at the Black Business Quarterly (BBQ) Awards at Emperors Palace, Kempton Park, Gauteng Province.
Established 19 years ago, the Awards are aimed at recognising black business excellence in contributing to economic transformation of South Africa. The BBQ Awards further acknowledge good corporate governance, leadership and achievement.
The Awards consist of 10 categories open to individuals, black-owned and black-empowered companies and organisations in South Africa.
Deputy President Mashatile will, during the awards ceremony, affirm Government’s support to the sector through creating a conducive and better regulatory environment that supports and promotes the informal economy.
