Finance Minister to Deliver 2025 Budget Speech in Parliament

Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana is set to deliver the 2025 Budget Speech in the National Assembly on Wednesday, 12 March. The address will take place at the Dome, Nieuwmeester parking, located at the corner of Commercial Street and Plein Street.
In his speech, Minister Godongwana will outline the government’s financial allocations for the year, aligning with the national priorities highlighted by President Cyril Ramaphosa in the State of the Nation Address. The minister will also introduce the Appropriation Bill and table the 2025 Division of Revenue Bill, both of which will be processed by Parliament in the coming months.
The Budget Speech will detail government spending plans, including economic, financial, and social commitments. It will also address revenue collection strategies to support the planned expenditures.
